Prepainted Galvanized steel coils or Color coated coils are mainly used in building, transport, home appliances, solar energy, furniture. Especially in home appliances, the sheets are mainly used as the side door plate of refrigerators,and air conditioners, freezers, and washing machine. Using galvanized sheets or galvalume sheet as the substrate, color coated sheet is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then coating for one or more layers, and funally baking and cooling.
The color-coated Coil is coated with one or more layers of liquid paint by roll coating method after surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment) on the hot-rolled substrate, galvanized substrate, aluminized zinc substrate, cold-rolled substrate, tinned substrate, and stainless steel substrate.
